Meet Our Inspiration

  • Whisper

    Small, smart and so, so sweet, Whisper was always the leader of the pack. She could shake, drop, roll, play dead and sneeze on command. She would climb any height and break any barrier to get to a snack, and one snack was never enough. Whisper’s vet adventures included two TPLOs and a thoracotomy for a rogue fish hook, all thanks to VSS Gold Coast.

  • Elmo

    Elmo never met a ball he didn’t love to chase, or a toy he didn’t love to shake. Two walks a day, beach runs and helping feed the horses - as long as Elmo was on the adventure too, he was happy. Elmo’s veterinary interaction began as a pup with steroid responsiveness meningitis with excellent care from North Hobart Vet Hospital, and was an oncology patient with the incredible team at ARH Brisbane.
